Statement of Support from SIRF
"Stockton Borough Council and Stockton International Riverside Festival have a commitment to supporting work that represents contemporary Britain. As Full Circle began in 2008 as part of Stockton Councils Adult Services, it feels even more vital to support the work of the company as they develop in to new creative territory.
It's essential that an innovative company like Full Circle receive the support they need in order to thoroughly research and realise their ideas to the widest possible audience. The work shows great potential and we will look forward to working with the team along this journey.
As we approach the development of the programme for SIRF 2022 we are delighted share our support of Full Circle, Stomping Ground. We recognise the value of this commission, our commitment to the project is £3000 supporting the creation of the work and mentoring development of the company taking steps to present work outdoors."

Full Circle – Letter of Support
I am delighted to write in support of Full Circle, as they develop an outdoor piece for SIRF 2022 and work with isolated communities of learning disabled people across the next year culminating in a celebration event in Jan 2023.
Full Circle produce high quality, beautiful work that is grounded in the world we live in today with a narrative that feels vital at the moment. Learning disabled people have been very isolated over the last two years and this project provides a brilliant way, through the arts, to reconnect and share experiences. We are really excited to support them as they reach learning disabled people in our communities and also now have an opportunity to reach a much wider audience in the setting of SIRF.
Full Circle is ARC’s resident learning disabled theatre company. We met the group over ten years ago but originally they were coming as part of Adult Day Services at Stockton Council. In 2015 Full Circle went through an intensive three year period of development as part of a project called Cultural Shift. Full Circle became an independent company in March 2018 and began to work from ARC two days a week as Artists.
Full Circle have created 5 shows since 2015, four were performed at ARC with one piece touring to regional festivals and venues including Arts Centre Washington and CECA Hartlepool in the spring 2020. During the pandemic the group have impressed everyone supporting them by learning to use zoom and going on to devise amazing new work. It is testament to their commitment that they have stayed together which demonstrates how vital they are to each other in such difficult times. During the pandemic Full Circle created and presented a new digital version of Stomping Ground for SIRF 21 and then kept developing the piece. They are now ready for real world rehearsals.
I hope this provides you with all the information you require but please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Chloe Lawrence

Statement of Support from Little Cog
"It has been an absolute honour to work with Full Circle during the pandemic, meeting with complete dedication and creative commitment 2 days a week for 2 years on zoom. They are passionate and flexible in their approach to work and have created a powerful poignant and witty show, ensuring that learning disabled people are visible in culture both locally in their own Stomping Ground and more widely with the international audience attracted to SIRF. The support from ARC and SIRF has been incredible as this company continue to stretch themselves and surprise and delight audiences of both their peers and the wider community. "
