Setting up a new Arts Council Grantium Account Please check that you meet the eligibility criteria for the emergency funding package by reading Arts Council England information here. There is lots of information about the funding available on their webite. Arts Council have said that new Grantium accounts need to be registered by 13 April, for the first round of funding which is open from 9 April until the dealine of 16 April. The second round opens on 16 April and is open until 30 April. Applicants need to have registered on Grantium by 27 April for that round of funding. They hope to have a two-three week turnaround. The new funding streams will be placed into Grantium ready for them opening on 9 April – you will be able to find them in your Grantium account through ‘browse programmes’ Arts Council have saidthat access funds will be available to support people to make applications. You can find out more here. If you are a North East based disabled artist do get in touch with us here at Little Cog if you’d like advice or support. Our support sessions will probably fill up soon we imagine. littlecog@rocketmail.com 1. Go to the Arts Council Grantium page here 2. Click 'access grantium' button 3. On the side bar to the left click 'create profile' 4. Put in all the information requested – (nb generally your bank account name should be the same as your name – if it’s not email them to follow up your registration to explain why) 5. Check for any errors and then save all information. 6. This has created a profile but not a validated account yet. You must have a validated account to apply for any grants. Keep going. 7. Next, log in to your account with username / email and password. 8. In the left hand side bar click the button 'applicants'. If it hasn't done it automatically you may need to click 'add applicant' - a drop down box with the option to include your name will appear and ask if you are an individual or an organisation. Complete this and click 'save and back'. After this click 'applicants' again 9. A bar with your name, applicant number, children, registrants, parent and open will come up 10.Click on the orange folder icon under the word open (to the right hand side of the bar) - where a more detailed request for information will appear - it won't let you submit until it is all completed. 11. Once you have completed all sections - you will have a number of green ticks in the Submission Summary section - it's now time to submit. If you are at all concerned about how to complete the information requested to set up the application, obviously Arts Coucnil are there to answer queries but, again, please do get in touch with us at Little Cog asap if you need support.
